Our apprenticeship is built for capable professionals who are ready for growth. You’ll gain paid, hands‑on sales experience while receiving coaching that helps you translate your classroom leadership into professional performance.
Fuel Sales Foundations Program
Start with the “Foundations”
The Foundations program is your introduction to sales. It’s completely free and designed to help you understand what the SDR role really takes. This is your opportunity to see if sales is right for you and our opportunity to see if you are ready for the “Accelerator.”
You can learn through self-paced content or join our live, instructor-led sessions. Either way, you’ll practice real skills, use AI tools, and participate in live roleplays to build confidence quickly.
If you are at all curious about breaking into sales, this is where you should be, and if you lean in and show progress, you may earn the opportunity to move forward.
Not everyone advances—and that’s by design.
We’re looking for individuals who are willing to put in the work and demonstrate growth. Without the right foundation, jumping into real sales too early can set you back.

The Accelerator Program
Step into the Role
The Accelerator is where everything becomes real.
As an apprentice, you’ll step into a live SDR role with one of our partner companies, making calls, sending emails, and generating opportunities. This is hands-on experience, not a simulation.
And unlike traditional programs, you get paid to do it.
You won’t be doing it alone.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated coach, surrounded by a team, and continue developing through ongoing training, live sessions, and real-time feedback.
This is an immersive, high-growth environment designed to help you improve fast.
In about six months, you won’t be trying to break into sales—you’ll already have experience.
You’ll leave the program with real skills, real results, and real opportunities… whether that’s continuing with Fuel Sales, joining a partner company, or stepping into a new role through our network.
